What happens to your data
Briefly, with no small print.
What we receive
Only what you enter into forms: name, email, message, and optionally phone, organisation, chosen areas, timing or problem description. The page language and enquiry type are sent so we can handle it correctly.
How it works technically
The form sends data to the contact.php script on our hosting. The script validates it and passes an email to the hosting mail system addressed to [email protected]. Messages are not stored in a website database. The hosting provider and mail system process data as technical suppliers.
Rate limiting
To prevent spam, the server keeps a pseudonymous hash of the IP address and an attempt counter in a temporary file outside the public folder. The window is 15 minutes; expired files are removed on later requests.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to reply, provide a service or meet legal obligations. Specific periods are set by the site owner; we do not state invented periods.
Browser storage and cookies
The site sets no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Browser localStorage holds only your banner choice and, if you use the checklist, the items you ticked. A form draft is kept temporarily in the tab's sessionStorage so it is not lost on an error. If your browser blocks storage, the site simply works without remembering. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. You may also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Changes
The site owner must confirm this text before publication and update it whenever data processing changes.
